For students with ADHD and Executive Function challenges, the demands of school, family and extracurricular activities can become frustrating and overwhelming.
Parenting a child with ADHD doesn’t come with a roadmap. No two kids or families are the same or experience ADHD the same way.
Loop Learning provides two unique ADHD Coaching options to help students and families thrive!
ADHD Coaching for Adolescents, Teens and Adults
Do you or your child struggle with time management,
procrastination, organization, emotional regulation or overwhelm?
Adolescents, teens and university/college students are often motivated to make positive changes towards managing their academic schedules, their organization or self-regualtion - but don’t know where to start. Parents may struggle with knowing how to support their child, while also allowing them the space they need to develop independence.
How does ADHD Coaching help?
ADHD Coaching helps students understand how the symptoms of ADHD play out in their daily lives.
As an ADHD Coach, I will collaborate with students to support them as they develop their own tools to achieve the goals they set for themselves. They will identify their unique strengths and gifts, as well as challenges and goals. Students will build awareness, independence and confidence in their ability to be part of their own solution. Together we work on strategies to better manage the steps along the way and take the overwhelm out of making changes.
Coaching typically involves weekly one-to-one zoom or in-person sessions and includes brief check-ins during the week to help with accountability toward goals.
Getting started can be the hardest part. I’m here to make it easier and for the steps towards my clients' goals to be more clear.
