As your child prepares to begin their first year of college or university, you may be feeling a mix of excitement and uncertainty—just like they are.
At Loop Learning, we understand that the transition from high school to post-secondary life is more than just academics. It’s about learning how to manage time, prioritize tasks, stay focused, and cope with new emotional and social pressures—all of which are rooted in executive function.
That’s where our Executive Function Coaching Program comes in.
Our program is specifically designed to support students in their first year of university or college with:
- Time and Task Management: Help with staying organized, planning assignments, and avoiding last-minute stress.
- Focus and Follow-Through: Tools to manage distractions and maintain motivation in independent learning environments.
- Emotional Regulation: Coaching to manage anxiety, build resilience, and navigate the ups and downs of young adulthood.
- Accountability and Support: Regular one-on-one check-ins to keep students on track, supported, and confident.
This is different than tutoring. It’s strategic, holistic coaching designed to foster independence, confidence, and a successful start to university life.
